What started as casual monthly conversations quickly evolved into specific requests for guidance, revealing a significant opportunity to make an impact.
Led by CEO and Owner Timothy May, who is certified in AI and Data Science for Leaders by the University of Chicago and boasts 20 years of experience in technology application and custom delivery consultation, as well as global technology leadership experience with companies such as McKesson, Marsh and McLennan, The Urban Health Initiative at UChicago Medicine, and most recently, 10 years at Deloitte, we deliver unparalleled AI and Data Science strategies for Fortune 1000 organizations.

Timothy N. May, MBA, is the Founder & CEO of MAYI Solutions, bringing more than 20 years of global experience in technology delivery, enterprise consulting, and operational architecture. His career spans healthcare, insurance, and professional services, where he has consistently been recognized as a transformative leader who mobilizes teams, strengthens operations, and drives measurable impact.
Timothy’s leadership includes roles at McKesson, Marsh & McLennan, the University of Chicago Medicine, and Deloitte—where he led global programs influencing cyber policy, operational transformation, and talent development. His work securing a $2M Illinois Gigabit Challenge grant to expand broadband access on Chicago’s South Side reflects his long-standing commitment to equitable technology access.
A certified AI and Data Science for Leaders graduate from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business; Timothy brings deep expertise in responsible AI adoption and enterprise transformation. He also serves on the boards of The Gradient Group, STEM Savvy and the Local School Council at William H. Ray Elementary School.
